"There is no default printer currently selected"


You may receive the pop up error below when trying to print a report 



  1. Login to the main menu and select the Admin tab
  2. Click the Report Setup icon.
  3. On the top you will see a button "Reset Crystal & Printers", click this
  4. Log out of FOS.
  5. On the local machine toggle the default printer to another option such as Microsoft XPS and then back to the original default settings
  6. Log back into Citrix and FOS and check if you still get the message.

Note: You may need to restart your local machine to correct this as well
