You may receive the pop up error below when trying to print a report
- Login to the main menu and select the Admin tab
- Click the Report Setup icon.
- On the top you will see a button "Reset Crystal & Printers", click this
- Log out of FOS.
- On the local machine toggle the default printer to another option such as Microsoft XPS and then back to the original default settings
- Log back into Citrix and FOS and check if you still get the message.
Note: You may need to restart your local machine to correct this as well
